Not tedious, takes some time but pretty easy. They make you feel comfortable and show that they care. They explain all the benefits they provide and give you time to choose your cases. They dont pressure you into having a specific one.

They asked me my past experiences in nursing and what type of conditions or diagnosis I had worked in. They also offered training for cases I was unfamiliar with.
