The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Team Velocity (Chicago, IL)
Interview
General questions. Nothing too difficult. What was awful was driving over 2 hours to meet the decision maker at a place of their convenience (not an office location) then being completely ghosted after a positive interview. I know people are busy and time is valuable (as I had to take an entire day off for this process) and sometimes we just miss the mark but basic human courtesy is really essential. I’m sorry it worked out that way and I’m absolutely fine not being the chosen candidate but it was disappointing to have such a negative end to an otherwise positive experience. Best of luck though to Team Velocity. They seem like a nice organization.

Are you comfortable having difficult conversations with customers?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Team Velocity
Interview
Interview process was much smoother than most companies I have interviewed with. The recruiter was very upfront with the explaining the interview process and timeline. I had several rounds of interviews and took a personality assessment. Everyone I met with was extremely passionate about the company and the products. From the first phone interview to my first day on the job, I felt right at home.
