Interview
The interview process included a phone interview with the hiring manager and an in person interview at TeamDynamix's office including the hiring manager and one of senior engineers. Both interviews were relaxed and very helpful in determining the culture and structure of the company.
The phone interview focused on soft skills and gave myself and the interviewer opportunities to get to know one another and the company. The in person interview started with a presentation on the company and team which included the direction that the company was going in and how this role would fit into that direction. It then focused more on the technical aspects of the job and going over my work experience. We also went over technical scenarios including reviewing some of the current processes that the team was using and getting my input on them.
All in all I would say the interview process went very smoothly and the interviewers were very friendly.
