1 interview met with several members of the company was asked a few questions by each, got different perspective of what they were looking for so it did not seem as they had a clear understanding of what they wanted exactly. the work load was to be light as they dealt with mainly small business and from what I was told were looking for a server "heavyweight" to use their catch phrase, but from speaking with the 2 managing partners I found they did not have a lot of work with the larger businesses to warrant someone full time. Was a long interview given the circumstances went on for just over 2 hours, including several interruptions for one of the interviewers to take phone calls while talking to me.
