I got a call from HR. We talked for about a half an hour about the company, position and my experience. HR was very professional and kind. I was rejected because of my lack of experience.
The interview was not that difficult. Phone interview and I had to do a task, then the HR interview, another interview with the HR manager, and the final interview with the CEO. I don't appreciate the fact that I got to the final round, where they told me I would meet the CEO and send the documentation, etc., but that never happened. They informed me again via SMS that they will get back to me with a meeting request when the CEO is available, but they never did. I haven't heard back from them at all.

Typical HR questions about my current and previous experience, aspirations, etc., just to see if we can be a good match.
First a test is done, then feedback is received from the team leader, then an interview. The interview lasted about an hour. They asked all the usual questions. A lot of questions were related to previous jobs.
The whole process took about 10 days.
They didn't call again. Not even to let me know that I did not pass the last round of selection.
