Typical screening with a recruiter and then with hiring manager. After that, got an email that I made it to the third and final round of interviews only to get completely ghosted. Sent three follow-up emails and nothing. It wasn't until almost a week and a half later that they decided to respond only to tell me that they had paused interviews and feedback from the second interview (made zero sense) and they had made an offer to someone else. In my opinion, that says a lot from the Company.

Overly complex hiring process for such a simple product and service. HR was great and quick to respond. They mentioned turnover is high, not a place for 3+ yr career, nice to hear that upfront, and leadership clearly just wants to find a buyer.
