So I had an interview process, asked about my background and experience. Nothing too complex. Met with several of the people that worked there and went for a plant tour.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Teawolf (Pine Brook, NJ) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had to fill out a paper application right before the interview. The interview itself was relatively short and easy. 7 hours after the interview, I was offered the job. Unfortunately, I had to decline the offer for a couple of reasons. The salary was too low for an entry level full-time position. I also live out of state (in NYC). I also rely on public transportation and sadly the cost of public transportation per week is too high.

Interview
Submitted my resume after I saw a job posting online. I was called a few weeks later to come in for an interview. I met with a few people in management. Interview lasted about an hour. I was not asked any difficult questions regarding my technical background, I was just asked simple questions about what was on my resume.

Question 1
"What is the lowest amount of pay you are willing to work for?" And no, that is not a joke.
