      Software Engineer Interview

      1 Nov 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Bellevue, WA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TecAce (Bellevue, WA) in Oct 2016

      Interview

First round is a brief phone interview with HR. If they decide to move forward, you will have one in-person interview. The in-person will contain the HR manager, one to two senior engineers and the director of the software development teams. They will first ask you about your experience; how you feel about working in a Korean culture, going on business trips, working on weekends, working late nights, salary expectations, etc.; and then move on to a few white board problems. After that is all done, you will get to have a chat with the CEO, in which he will ask you to fill out a questionaire about your goals as a person and employee and discuss the result.

      Question 4

Bit operator question. I don't remember the specific question but it was super simple, like "what is the output of (3 << 2 ) & (3 >> 2)"

      Question 5

What 3 values are most important to you?

      Software Engineer Interview

      26 Feb 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Bellevue, WA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TecAce (Bellevue, WA)

      Interview

Phone interview with HR, followed by in-person interview. You are interviewed mostly by the HR managers, but also speak to upper management and the team manager who's team the applicant will be working on. You also speak with the CEO, although the length of that portion depends on how busy he is.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Nothing too technical. They more or less just ask you generic interview questions, past project experience, and things of that sort.
