Straight forward, and personable. It was over 2 days of interviews -- HR, 3 Operations manager and the general manager. Everyone had their own style, but everyone was very pleasant to interview with. Just be your self. Be early. Dress to impress. They asked a lot of typical STAR questions. I liked that they also shared their expectations and experiences, which made it easier for me to want to choose them.

Interview
Hr of the warehouse facility called on the phone. She asked some basic questions and asked me to come in for an interview. When I arrived, the room was full of almost 10 people. The Director of the facility lead and asked 90% of the questions. Questions were basic and situational. The next step was a phone interview with the logistics VP. This was canceled and I was extended the opportunity.
