Gives more importance for verbal skills and the hr round was very easy and technical round was bit tuff. And they made us wait more time after essay round and the hr round happened around 8 pm and over all result came midnight as it was my campus interview.

They asked me about testing and hr round they asked about person experiences
interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
