online over Zoom pretty quick, i had my camera on he didn't. then background check and offer, waiting for my training now. management seems nice enough. they sent me the link before hand over email. the recruiters are helpful

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Accra)
Interview
It was in three stages. Screening , Aptitude test and then the actual interview. Everything happened in a day and the panel was friendly. It was short and quick because there were a lot of people waiting to be interviewed.
