Interview process was basic asked about me and my past experiences. Very basic just like a normal interview, very back in forth. Talked abut the company and how it was doing, talked about room for growth
Had about 3 different interviews and a job shadow with another recruiter in the office.
Meet with 3 different people. Completed the whole process in about 2 days before an offer was presented . Offer was presented after job shadow

It was intense and the communication was not that great. She didn’t seem to care about my skills. The shadowing seems very unstructured and some of the recruiters were having very inappropriate conversation during my time in the office
