I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Tech for Campaigns (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
I did a series of interviews with the highering manager and development team members over several week. Was asked to complete a case study. I was asked for and supplied professional reference, who were subsequently contacted. Met online with cofounder. I'm giving the process a negative rating because there was evidently misalignment among senior leadership as to what positions most urgently needed to filled. The role I applied for was ultimately taken off the docket. All participants I spoke with were smart, sincere, and dedicated to important cause of getting centrists and progressives elected to state office. The process of resource allocation seemed fraught. I wish them well and hope for their success.
