Initial contact made by phone and e-mail, to schedule interview within 2 days. * Stated they wanted to fill position within 10 days. Response to follow-up e-mail, regarding status of application, indicated they were still interviewing 21 days later. * Personal nit-pit: if the company invites you for a 1:1 interview, they should respect you enough to notify applicant of status of application. Indicator of how it treats/regards employees.
