I was asked personality questions such as "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" They asked C# questions, nothing too hard. Basic knowledge will get you through it. If I think of the exact questions, I'll come back but mostly what others have said above.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How to determine the length of a video watched. (See the other reviewers post about that)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at TechSmith in Oct 2009
Interview
Interviewed with 4 people, 1 developer, 1 HR, 1 team leader and 1 management. After an hour or so of discussion about past projects and behavior questions moved onto an hour of technical whiteboard questions with 2 developers. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately they took much, much longer than promised to get back with me. I was told I would hear back within 2 weeks for a 2nd interview and the whole process would be done in a month for sure. Instead it took me emailing and calling multiple times (after 4 weeks had gone by) to get answer. Overall it was a positive experience despite the lack of information at the end.
I applied online. I interviewed at TechSmith (Michigan City, IN)
Interview
It was good. The hiring manager reached me. We schedule a call and it feels that the company culture is also supportive and collaborative. I think one can really enjoy their time there.

Phone screen leetcode question followed by a half day powerday. Powerday involves panel interview (standard behavioral + previous experiences), pair programming session with take home assignment, and HM screening.
Process felt very long and with many redundant parts
