The interview process took over a month. It started with a phone call with the HR and then another 4 interviews with the team the position is supposed to report to (later, I found out, the position only reports to this 1 person) So total of 5 interviews that happened separately, different days and times. All interviews are 30minutes long and they put a hard stop when you reached 30mins. It doesn't really give you a chance to asks questions & know more about the position. They asks the same questions and you would feel like a broken record talking about yourself. Luckily, all these interviews are via video call. I live very far and if I have to come 5x to El Segundo for a 30mins in person interview would be insane. I think they should rethink how they conduct their interview process so that it is efficient and they do not waste people's time.
