I applied online. They let me fill in a form. I filled in, then wait for 1 month, get feedback. Then finished a code test on Hackerrank. At last, they let me build a web app in RoR. I finished it, but didn't hear any feedback from them
After the general application form process. They gave a timed programming assessment online that you needed to complete within a couple of days. Some were written, some involved solving generic programming challenges, and some were writing query statements.
