Smooth but long. There is a long chain of command and the beginning of the process with HR is just a scratch on the surface. You will have to meet several managers and maybe even do a test.

Straight forward, general questions asked, there is no bias in the process. The interviewers are also good and allow you time to answer the question, there is written exam, mostly the job is contractual
