I gave my resume to the recruiters at my school's job fair. I was contacted by email to set up an initial phone interview. After the phone interview, I was contacted a few weeks later about going in to the office for a technical interview. The work staff was very friendly and fairly casual. They asked my technical questions regarding Java. I had to write basic code in Java and also be able to find errors written in buggy code. I also had to be able to analyze code and determine the output it produced.
