I had 2 interviews, one with upper management and the second one with a recruiter and VP of HR. I had mostly behavioral question, past experiences and mentoring program ideas.

Interview
I was interviewed by two person from the company. They are both friendly and willing to share their experiences within the company. I was given a response about whether I got the job offer or not within a few days.
