Interview
It started with a fairly basic HR Screening Interview. This was then followed by an interview with the US COO comparable position. Followed an interview with the local team where the position was expected to be located (all virtual).

More conversational than an interview. Three rounds with HR, GM and other MDs. However, pretty disorganized process with shifting priorities internally. Many people were interviewed but the position went to someone internally.

Interview with HR to determine fit. Then with GM of region. Then with a panel of other MDs and key stakeholders (including corporate partner if relevant). Often will need to prepare and present an Investment Thesis.
