I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Techtronic Industries (Tukwila, WA) in Jan 2022
Interview
They reached out via LinkedIn and I had two in-person interviews. One with a Territory Manager and the other being a Senior Director of Sales. First interview had more general questions about my work history and about my skillset. The second interview talked a lot about the company itself and how my skills could transfer to the role. Answered the questions to the best of my ability and for the position. Originally they were going to have me to do a third interview but they offered me the job a few days prior to the date of said interview.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Techtronic Industries (Tuscaloosa, AL) in Mar 2022
Interview
Don’t apply here, they will take you through three interviews and then abruptly ghost you. Very unprofessional interviewing as well as in my first video interview with TTI, the interviewer was no joke interviewing me from his car and I could only see half the interviewer’s face, it was quite a strange and impersonal interviewing experience the whole time really. They took me through three interviews and asked me for my availability for a next interview in my third one and then just ghosted me. After the availability time that I had provided passed, I reached out to the recruiter to see when my next interview would be and then got an automated email in 4 days saying I wasn’t hired. What a complete waste of time, oh did I mention they expect you to do like six interviews? If you can’t decide whether you want to hire someone within 1-3 interviews, you the company are the problem!!! This company is a joke and in retrospect I know I dodged a major bullet and am now interviewing with reputable organizations unlike TTI. They also give me cult vibes so that’s something. Very sorority/frat and they seem to all be way too inexperienced to be making the decisions they are making and that’s coming from a 23 year old. Very much a popularity contest here it seems. Stay away they will waste your time just to work in a damn Home Depot.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Techtronic Industries (Baltimore, MD) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview process was very lengthy. Be prepared to go through at least 3 interviews. Overall the process was super easy and consisted of a combination of in person and online interviews. All of my interviewers were great and made you feel super comfortable
