They would like to hire people who have knowledge of the requirements which will be available on the job description. Knowledge in ASP.NET MVC is an added advantage. They have two technical rounds. A very smooth process and they make you feel comfortable so its all up to you

Interview
I was 2013 passed out and interviewed at SRM University at December,2012. Despite my good performance in the interview i couldn't clear my final round since i got low CGPA. When i enquired about my ineligibility, they said i have poor knowledge and they added that i would never get a job in IT.
Worst hiring procedure and the employees looked like people who work at project center. Thank god i was rejected in TechZone for 4.2L/annum. Eventually later i got placed in MNC with 9L/annum.
