Tecolote Research interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later for a screening interview and then another interview with the two hiring managers. I was told I would be contacted later in the week to schedule an onsite technical interview and I never heard back again. I reached out to the recruiter for an update and was ghosted.

Three interviews: peer, technical lead, & GM. Straightforward with a focus on fit, potential, and motivation. Timeline can be long given contract manning requirements, hiring date, and on-boarding. Be sure to have your priorities in order before you begin as this will assist applicants in determining if this is worth your time.
