I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tedia Company in Apr 2024
Interview
I did a phone screening with an outside recruiter, followed by a virtual 1:1 with the hiring manager, then an on-site interview with 3 panels and a tour. I was told it was only me and one other candidate. Everything goes well and the hiring manager said he really didn't have any further questions for me, he was good. A few days later the recruiter says I did not get the role. When I asked why since he was indicating I was the stronger candidate, he said it is because they wanted someone to start right away. They knew I was spending an entire day to come and do the on-site because I was out of town. Then they use a slight delay as a reason to not hire me? It seems like they intended to waste my time and it is pretty discriminatory. Don't waste your time!
I applied online. I interviewed at Tedia Company (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2021
Interview
its intense, the lab manager interviewed me for this position. he asked mostly about technical questions and this roles duties. he is not from HR, so he barely asked behavioral questions. be prepared for technical questions is my recommendation

I applied online. I interviewed at Tedia Company (Fairfield, OH) in Jan 2012
Interview
Phone Interview first with HR. Then they bring you in if they like you. I had to sit with the Vice President who spoke with an accent and I was there for an hour and a half. It was ok because it made me think I was doing well but it was long.
