The organization was somewhat flat with not too much room for growth, however the interview was very personable. It was a phone screening first and then an in person interview. The total timeline was about 3 weeks. The hiring manager did not provide an clear offer, I had to ask for details on benefits and start date etc.. as their communication was lacking direction from an actual H.R. Team
