Interview
Very detailed and layered. Started with a short conference call then a 2 1/2 hour on-line survey. Followed by 80 mile drive to corporate office which resulted in a plant visit.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tegrant (Arlington Heights, Cook, IL) in Sept 2009
Interview
HR rep was personable and asked questions relating to opportunity. Provided valuable information about the corporation. But timed on-line test was brutual. Be sure to have a calculator and dictionary! Didn't the need for the math and vocabulary level of the test - it basically was a Customer Service Rep position. Im rating the interview as easy, but the test was difficult. No test results were shared, just an email another candidate chosen. Since the test took over 2 hrs, thought at least they could share results.

Interview
Initial communication with a recruiter. Spoke on the phone with the hiring manager and eventually had the opportunity to meet in person. Hiring manager was a great individual and potential great boss. Met the Executive team - most where professionals that looked bored/overworked/lack of interest. Met the President of the Company. Smart/astute/visionary. The deal breaker was the recruitment process and the communications with the recruiter
