I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tehama
Interview
Fairly simple 1 hr interview. Mostly focused on AWS. Wanted to know my experience with the cloud service provider. I had some experience, but not a lot. They seemed to be very serious about process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tehama
Interview
Quite straightforward process. There was one technical interview. I didn't have a lot of AWS background- so the interviewer didn't seem very impressed. Not sure why I was called as I have mentioned it very clearly in my resume and during the discussion with the HR.
Two technical discussions after an introductory call from recruiter. I was upfront about my expectation of a remote position which the recruiter and other interviewers were ok with. All the rounds went very well but in the end the reason for declining me was that I wanted to be remote. It seems dishonest and a waste of my time to interview with them.
