Interview
The interview process was highly unprofessional. It was not scheduled properly, and candidates were left waiting for over three hours. A machine coding question was conducted in a group setting, where some participants openly used ChatGPT to solve the problem. Additionally, the results were not communicated through a centralized or consistent platform, and the HR department misplaced my feedback form.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tekion (Bengaluru) in May 2024

A bar-raiser has taken it. I was interviewed by a Microsoft guy; he asked me for one puzzle and one coding round. It was an easy round; I had completed it in 15-20 minutes.
