Interview
There were four rounds including the recruiter phone screen. It was a wonderful process. Timing was typical from start to finish. The recruiter always kept in touch to keep me informed.

Question 1
To describe specific project outcomes mentioned on my resume
Had an initial screen with the recruiter, Hiring manager round, and then a panel round of three interviews.
Recruiter was friendly and communicative. My interview with the hiring manager was also great. They moved me forward quite quickly. The panel round was a bit interesting. One round was just rapid fire questions. One round the person asked me two generic questions then said "cool I don't have anything else, what do you want to know." but even through this, there was a lot of repetition in questions, whereas normally in panel interviews, it's clear each person has something they are evaluating for.
I was ghosted after the panel round, despite following up with the recruiter. Ghosting is always unprofessional, but especially when you've moved a candidate through multiple rounds.
