Teladoc Health interview questions

There were four rounds including the recruiter phone screen. It was a wonderful process. Timing was typical from start to finish. The recruiter always kept in touch to keep me informed.

Had an initial screen with the recruiter, Hiring manager round, and then a panel round of three interviews. Recruiter was friendly and communicative. My interview with the hiring manager was also great. They moved me forward quite quickly. The panel round was a bit interesting. One round was just rapid fire questions. One round the person asked me two generic questions then said "cool I don't have anything else, what do you want to know." but even through this, there was a lot of repetition in questions, whereas normally in panel interviews, it's clear each person has something they are evaluating for. I was ghosted after the panel round, despite following up with the recruiter. Ghosting is always unprofessional, but especially when you've moved a candidate through multiple rounds.
