I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TeleDirect Call Centers (Sacramento, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
The interview process is fairly streamlined. I applied and received information for basic internet speed testing to submit, followed by legal documentation and a phone interview with the HR Director asking basic, general employment questions. Following that, I had a face interview on Skype to review hiring documents and DocuSign legal forms. I was scheduled for training shortly after and given my training dates and times, along with receiving in the mail the Google ChromeBox and all necessary peripherals that I would use for my job.
