Basically just asking if I was willing to work there and what shift I wanted. Was willing to give me any shift, but the late shift was filled up so I would have to potentially wait longer. I just took a day shift position

Good enough, It was efficient. However I did not find the group interview process necessary. People were nice and kind and interview times were respected. It was a long time ago experience.
