the intv was conducted online, following a video resume submission. The session was comprehensive, focusing on core questions with very little small talk. The recruiter was incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience enjoyable.

Interviews at the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia are very challenging and difficult because you have to make a creative resume video which must be uploaded to YouTube and then reviewed by HR.

What was the most memorable activity during college?
The time to do the interview is very flexible. Interviews were conducted in less than 10 minutes, via an app. The questions will appear on the screen and we just need to record the answers.
