I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Telligen (West Des Moines, IA)
Interview
The first round of interviews was primarily knowledge based with some behavioral/personality questions mixed in. This took place on my college campus.
The second round of interviews took place at Telligen's HQ in West Des Moines. The interview process lasted about two hours and consisted of three different stages: group, coding, and a tour. The coding interview was the bulk of the interview process; however, it was very short and direct. There were some basic "coding on white boarding" questions and language knowledge questions. There were not any special algorithm design questions or any puzzles.

Question 1
We the implementation of certain data structure functions in more detail than expected.
The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Telligen in Oct 2009
Interview
I interviewed for a position to go back to IFMC, my interview was more like a coffee house meeting because my former boss was hiring me back and already knew my skill set and that I could do the job. Typical questions were about the skills and experience you had in the languages they needed.
Other questions were regarding working with a team and how well I worked in a fast paced environment under project managers.
Describe to me an experience where something went wrong with a project you were coding for. How did you react to the negative changes? How did you handle the situation?
