Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for your unfortunate interview experience. In an effort to improve our recruiting process your perspective is invaluable to us. While we strive to assess every candidate as accurately as we can on the first round, sometimes we need additional information that can only be gathered by a second visit. Each interview panel carefully evaluates each category when vetting out the perfect match for our opening. Sometimes, even a perfect culture fit isnât enough and in a small and lean organization we must make hard decisions when deciding the right fit. Again, I apologize we failed to give you a positive experience, and we are going to take a hard look at how we set expectations going forward.
