Interviewed with Deborah, she was very nice but a bit disorganized. She wasn't able to answer most of my questions relating to the company, work environment, benefits, etc. She also cut me off several times when I answered interview questions, Made me feel a little uneasy about the culture/ if this would be a good fit for me. Also poor communication/ timely responses from the recruiter.

What is the most important part of the design process?
Spoke with Deborah the recruiter from their parent company. She was very nice, the interview process was pretty straight forward but she didn’t any actual answers to any of my questions. She basically answered with “it depends” and “that’s up to them”. No concrete answers, which is usually a red flag.
