The process was quite clear. They are interested in people skills and working with a team. Public speaking skills are necessary as well, along with ability to answer questions on the spot from prospective students.

Very relaxed. Was interview by two people, and one of them was a current student working there. It was also pretty short. I was a summer hire so it can be different when they hire during the semesters. During the semesters, they conduct interviews in groups.
