Tenafly Nature Center interview questions

Communication via email/telephone and eventual in-person presentation. The interviewers acted out as young children for a 'realistic' presentation but focused on how I addressed them rather than the information/skills I could bring to the job. Ultimately was denied the job due to a lack of classroom experience although this was an entry-level, minimum-wage position.
