I applied through university. I interviewed at Tenaris (Houston, TX) in Apr 2013
Interview
It's a 3 step interview process. You start off with a on campus aptitude test and then from there if selected you get called to their Houston office for the day. It's a 2 step process from there. In the first stage they test your group work skills with a car study and also a fun lego test to see what you build and how you explain it. Then based on who they pick gets called for the interview with the specific manager who wants you in his/her team

From the initial stages of recruitment to the final phase, everything proceeded smoothly, demonstrating the efficiency of the process. However, it was in the concluding stages where I encountered some unexpected obstacles. Despite these challenges, the hiring team displayed exemplary support and dedication, ensuring that the process remained seamless and ultimately successful. Their assistance proved invaluable in navigating the final hurdles and achieving a positive outcome.
