I was first interviewed by a recruiter at the university, and then was selected to have a digital interview which was a for me a overwhelming 9 questions that they wanted you to answer. After that I did not hear back from them , it really bothered me because I put so much effort in the first step of the interview process I would at least appreciate an update if I was going to be selected or not to move to the next step- but I was just ghosted by the company which really hearted my feeling, because I put so much effort in it and I did not get at least a rejection email from them was really bad.

Consta de varias etapas. Luego del test de idioma, hay que esperar a recibir una oferta, y en caso de ser aceptada, se hace la entrevista con el/la manager del área.
1. Tests de lógica, comprensión de texto y matemáticas.

4. Test de personalidad
5. Entrevista final

It was an online interview. They would ask a question and you had 2 minutes to answer the question with your camera on. Once you submitted your answer you couldnt rerecord it.

Interview
Primero me llamaron para actualizar el CV en la pagina de ellos para luego enviarme una serie de test. Los test eran de estadistica/matematica, comprensión de texto y logica. Te iban enviando de a uno, si aprobabas te mandaban el siguiente. Como segunda instancia te mandaron una entrevista sincrónica. Las preguntas están grabadas y vos tenes que grabar tu respuesta (las preguntas eran de tipo "contame una situación de tu vida en donde hayas tomado un rol de liderazgo"). La siguiente instancia es un test de ingles. Aprobado todo lo anterior quedas en una especie de base de datos o lista de espera. Te van llamando para proponerte puestos vacantes, tardan meses en llamarte. Cuando te llaman puede ser para in ingreso inmediato o hacerte hacer algun test de personalidad y una entrevista con el que seria tu manager. Aprobado todo esto, te mandan a hacer un examen medico y listo.
