Interview
The hiring of any full time staff position would typically be an all day affair. You start out meeting with other members in your discipline (typically 2 people at a time), and throughout the day you would likely meet other senior staff including leads, directors, and finally the general manager.

Question 1
All questions would be different based on the interviewer, but typically they will ask question revolving issues that would typically arise in the interviewee's day to day work. They will ask follow up questions to provide examples of how you have resolved these types of issues in the past. The more detailed the better.
