Interview
Started off with a brief phone interview in which the interviewer just asked a bit about me and my previous job experience. The next step was a Preliminary Written Test, which I'm not sure I failed or not because while I was told that "I may not be the appropriate candidate for this position", I got a call back a few weeks later for another brief phone interview.
Anyway following that was a written test, followed by another written test, and then finally a last one. After all that, I was once again given the old HR rejection template and told "I may not be the appropriate candidate for this position".

Interview
I applied on workday and the process went very fast. within less than 1 month, i went thru 5 rounds of interview and got the offer. The hr is also very friendly and efficient during the communication.

Question 1
Can you briefly introduce yourself and your past work experience?
2 Rounds interview with hiring mgr and final general manager of the business unit. average difficulty. HM was trying to understand my past experience while the general manager tried to test the chemistry with the team.
An HR interview first then a hiring manager interview. It took around 1 hour. They want to find a dedicate person who is able to work 996 and willing to learn.
