I got a machine test for proving my skill. It is actually a good method for testing what you are capable of. The machine test is based on building an e-commerce app based on mern stack
There are three rounds interview in total, pre-call from HR department first, then team manager for the second interview, ask you behavioral and situation questions, and final one is technical interview, ask some specific technical questions.
The process started with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by a timed offline technical test and on-site interview with team. The recruiter was very nice, but I did not pass the technical test, which in my opinion was too long for the time they permitted.
