awesome, they let you shadow to see how the company works. You get to meet everyone in the office. you then interview and are asked basic questions. Seems like a great environment.

I was called in and did an in-person interview. Then I did a job shadow, sitting with the operations staff and seeing day to day operations. Then you get called back and reviewed further and then offered a job.
