Interview
The interview is with a supervisor and the team coordinator. It is a set of behavioral interviewing questions. Have examples of ways you have interacted with others for a successful outcome as well as interactions that may not have been successful but that you learned from and increased your skill set. Review behavioral interviewing strategies online before the interview. All candidates are asked the same five questions with little to no deviation.

Interview
A panel interview, they have a list of questions they have to ask you and have you fill out a paper questionnaire. They have a worker from different areas (Foster care, CPS, JJ, Safe baby, etc.) Tell you about each job and one of the questions is which one you would prefer, they did make me pick one despite not having a preference

Interview
Kinda intense round robin interview. Very similar questions, challenging to think of ten different answers to the same range of questions. Overall, I suppose it was an average interview, I just needed more interview practice and had never been interviewed by a panel of four people.
