Interview
It took several weeks to get an in-person interview. Online screenshot and automated replies were my only interaction for some time. The job description did not match the actual job I was interviewed for. I came to find this out on the day of the interview. Interviewers acknowledged this.

Interview
Applied online and was sent email for a "first round interview" about a week later where i answered about 5-10 survey questions and submitted. About a week following that i received an email telling me to reach out to the hiring manager and a phone number was provided. An interview was then scheduled less than 5 days after and within 5 days of interviewing received a call asking me to come back in to meet with the leaders of the IT department where an offer was made
