I applied by emailing my resume and cover letter to HR, then was contacted by TWC for a phone interview. They requested samples of my work by email and I sent them. I interviewed in person, and then they emailed to ask me to complete an assignment, which I completed and sent back to them. From when I applied to when they let me know about the job, it took four months! Very disorganized.
