I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tenstreet (Tulsa, OK) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process is very long. I had 5 - 6 interviews overall. I ended up getting hired and now understand why there are so many steps. The logic behind it is that Tenstreet wants to make sure they hire the right people. This is the best company I've worked for so far and it's because of the culture and the employees. It is very positive, no micro-management and they treat you with respect. They have a low turnover rate and it's mostly due to them hiring the right people upfront.

Question 1
What strengths and weaknesses do you have that would affect your role as a SDR?
The phone interview was one of the most unusual I’ve experienced. Questions were asked with long pauses afterward and little engagement, which made it clear early on that the role didn’t feel like the right fit. While that’s perfectly okay, the recruiter’s lack of enthusiasm and limited knowledge of the company and position—especially when I asked clarifying questions—further confirmed that it wasn’t the right match for me.

Interview
The interview process was long and tedious. It took around 2 months and it was three panel interviews with 2-3 people in each session. They asked similar questions each time so it felt very repetitive anx disengaging.
