I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Teradyne (North Reading, MA) in May 2019
Interview
- An agency found my profile online and I agreed to have my resume submitted to Teradyne.
- Spoke with someone in recruiting team via telephone.
- Got invited for an on-site interview.
- I was a bit confused as to questions the interview asked not correlate to job description I was given.
- Got rejected the next morning.
- No big deal but feedback was that I don't have this and that.
- Re-read job description again. Yup, it was a straight forward Analyst role but with what they pay and what they want don't match.
- I read in LinkedIn that hiring mgr should be prepared for an interview like a candidate.
- Good luck finding someone using old technology and it will take a good few years to upgrade to latest system.
- Dodged a bullet on this one. No loss on my part for not getting the role.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teradyne (Boston, MA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Straight-forward. Mostly behavioral questions. Seemed like a great team and the interviewers were mostly interested in me and my experience rather than making the interview process robotic like other companies.
