Easy, softball questions EXCEPT for "If you were terminated, would you move on or come back here and shoot us?" I was so taken aback, it took me about 10 seconds to answer.

Where have you worked? Did you like your supervisor? If times get tough, would you be willing to be let go to save the company? Would you be willing to take a pay cut in order to stay employed?
